Legalization has been the Fed's plan all along imo. It's pretty obvious to me that it's their plan to stop the opioid problem. I've seen 1st hand opioid's no longer given to patients after years of prescribed use. And instead offered help to secure legal, medical marijuana. Add to that all the political noise about it. Heck, even the news sees the issue as beating a dead horse now. And to add even more fuel to the "fire" we have emails from the Koch Brothers threatening to stop the flow of $$ to the entire party (iirc?) https://www.potnetwork.com/news/encouraged-koch-brothers-more-republicans-support-legalizing-marijuana ?
