I am unhappy with the lack of communication but as I said before, we should hear from the Company after teh motion filing.

If nothing is communicated, my feeling will go from unhappy to fed up... Looks it is your current feeling.
Then I will try to contact the Company. If no answer.. it will be time to review my jnsh exposure (comparing potential and red flags).
This could lead me to diminish my holding...

I am not sure what is your personal strategy but it seems clear you have been unhappy for a while with the Company.
Maybe it is time for you as well to look at your options.
