The fact that it has taken them so long to open more clinics is troubling as they have no advatage over any other medical practice that wants to do the same thing, they have no "special sauce" so the advatage is being first to market and beoming a known brand which thus far they are failing at.
To me I would have like them to open a bunch of corporate clinics quickly proving the model and then franshising to other states, that would have gotten them a lot of business and increased revenues with little capital needs.
I'm affraid at this point that by the time they get fully up and running the market will have already peaked and the medical aspect will become less and less lucrative. For instance, how many people are looking to get MJ cards in those states, its finite and once they have their card they no longer need to go to the clinics. So once you have hit all your customers what is left?
