I don't understand how you keep equating one time milestone payments with market cap. The market has zero interest in one time events. The milestone payments will only matter to the market cap if they somehow show that there is a product that will come to market. The milestones have to actually be achieved with positive results for that to happen, and that's why the possible payments associated with them are of little value.
