The damages sought according to court documents are $575k. We can treat the extra $150k as partial payment for lawyer fees.

I wrote this about 1 year ago. JNS didn’t recover all lawyer fees but at least they recovered more than what they sought in court.

We only see $678k of the EV network on the balance sheets (not including depreciation)


Damages sought: $575k
JNS has incurred to date, and it will in the future continue to incur substantial liability, claim, loss, damage, obligation, cost or expense in an amount totaling in excess of 575.000 arising out of 350 Green's material breach of the APA as a direct consequence of its pursuit of its claim for the damages that it is seeking in count II of this complaint

Bad Debt from 350green:
200k written off in 2015 annual report.

No mention of punitive damages, but I wouldn't rule it out.
