The filings tell nothing except for the gemstone portfolio. Being that Sklar claims to be an expert on web design one would think that he could have put the gemstones in a format which one could read. The appraisal is the size of a postage stamp and cannot be enlarged. I think that is not good business for a guy claiming to be a webmaster. His only success to my knowledge is a pump and dump pharmaceutical enterprise run by a bunch of Chinese people. They ran a great pump and walked away when a failure occurred and it appears their preferred shares did fine. The investors, of course, got wiped out. Gerald was screaming that they had a cure for malaria, which, of course, was the way he kept the investors in the trap, allowing the other friends to get out. Maybe this will be the same. Your comment about him not showing his hand makes no sense. Everyone knows he is flat broke except you. I would think he would get busy and get something accomplished before he is too old to enjoy it.
