For the record to demonstrate the level of deceit by the Defendants, in 2012 XA's revs were $8.1 mil, 2013 $7.4 mil and 2014 $7.81 mil. True numbers never were reported to CMG's accountants. Jobs were steered away to other entities owned by Hudson Gray. Isn't it odd with the level of business occurring during those years that claims are made indicating XA wasn't generating revenue. Hhhmmm, makes one scratch their head. Thanks again Pic for posting that well written and accurate article. The judge certainly got it right... The truth be told!!!!
