$ ONCI. Things are already very Positive for the longs and the cheap shares are being locked away day after day as the float will get tighter and tighter. Smart traders knows that stocks dont just keep climbing and climbing and are adding the dips as Good Earnings Reports always drives the PP,s up when reported in a PR as the SEC looks at PR,s & Filings along with Audits and Name changes and thats why Steve is taking his time to get it right and he will IMO.
