We are not waiting on FINRA. That is just more BS from Wayne. Nothing has been submitted to FINRA yet. Wayne says he submitted it. If so they threw it in the trash. Only MM's can submit the 15c2-11 and they can't until there is a market. A minimum definition of a "market" is when 30 or more non-affiliate shareholders WHO BOUGHT THEM have owned shares for a minimum of a year.

This has all been ongoing BS by Wayne and his friends. It's what they do for a living
