Again, I never doubted an investment was made. As I said, it was common sense. And independence is not the issue. I maintain my insistence that, to get a 50% JV, there is a substantial relationship. This aint casual sex!

Oh, and I already had that PDF in my file. Accessed it long ago. Which is the point. It is far from current. Hence, it does not serve as a basis for the conclusions that I challenged. It does not serve as a foundation for making current conclusions regarding the relationship, either confirmatory or otherwise. And in that BIGN has not troubled us with any kind of current numbers, it is doubtful that the unchanging verbiage of their boilerplater means anything different that it originally did. And, there remains absolutely no evidence that the relationship is limited to only the Grimes endevour. Quite to the contrary, it is spoken of in the plural (JVs not JV) and references made in every PR tend to support the conclusion that it is ongoing.

I would not be surprised, given the preference BIGN and all associated with it have always shown for "uninforming" the interested public, if your basic goodness isn't being toyed with in cunningly contrived phrasings to lead you to beleieve something other than the absolute truth. I must confess I don't have your basic goodness. When somebody tells me something that doesn't jive with what common sense and logic would otherwise cause me to conclude, I must confess I generally side with logic and I tend to doubt what else I'm being told. Maybe its just me.

I don't think it ends with Grimes and I don't think anyone gives a 50% JV simply because they are being friendly. Release a PR showing me I'm wrong and I'll change to that tune, but till then, I'm sticking with what I've deduced thusfar.
