I'll believe it doesn't have stability issues when it has been in clinical use long enough with enough users to prove it. So far, not the case.

Well, just a couple of weeks ago it was Embeda third year back in the market (it was re-launched on Jan 26, 2015)... the REMS, adverse reporting and the on-going post-marketing studies have not shown any issues, so... if you want we can retouch this subject in 10 years ;)
