I think that is low (that's GROSS - not too good IMHO) and the reason for a few years there has been little investor interest (along with no attempt to keep investors informed...again IMHO)...getting better I think so a few hope they have turned the corner. Have never figured out why they were low...unless they had to low bid to get business but that has to change if they are doing repeat business and have a good rep.

There are a few who post here who are closer...let's see if they weigh in.
