Everybody seems to be hopped up on the Audit. It really isn't that important. All it does is establish credibility to the financial reports the real plus is earnings. That is what makes a company valuable. The audit also allows for a move to a higher trading platform. That and because of the audit allows for exposure to borrowing that allows for expansion. All of these things are important but concentration should be on earnings and the potential to increase earnings.
