order Dismiss Case Fri 1:36 PM
ORDER GRANTING DISMISSAL [Fed. R. Civ. Proc. 41(a)(ii)] by Judge Christina A. Snyder: Upon Stipulation30 , the Court hereby grants the dismissal of this action in its entirety, with each side to bear their own respective attorneys' fees and costs. Motion to Dismiss Complaint19 is denied as moot and all dates are hereby vacated. (gk)

"THE COURT HEREBY GRANTS THE DISMISSAL OF THIS ACTION IN ITS ENTIRETY".

>>>IMO The importance of this case being dismissed is the fact that it was the large class action lawsuit against The Crypto Company and some of its officers filed in Federal Court and the cause for the case was '28:1331 Fed. Question: Securities Violation'. In other words the case hinged on CRCW being found in violation on the Federal question of whether or not a securities fraud had been committed. The fact that The Pomerantz Law Firm who touts itself as being 'one of the premier firms in the areas of corporate, securities, and antitrust class litigation' who specializes in 'securities fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, and corporate misconduct' voluntarily dismissed the case tells us that no fraud or misconduct occurred because IMO the firm would have no doubt investigated being this far into the case. The lead plaintiff motion deadline for anyone else to come forward as lead plaintiff expires today 02/20/18.
