Brotha, I've been trading OTC stocks for over 20 years, so this isn't my first rodeo. I would also call myself an "experienced" trader. CDEL can be used for dilution, although the more common ones are VFIN, VERT, VNDM, and BMIC.

ARCA has also been fairly active from time-to-time on this stock, so maybe it's not dilution....maybe it's straight up shorting.

Some T-trades from last week lead me to believe there has been dilution, though.
