Wrote the word options out of this exhibit from their latest filing with regards to the 2005 plan. Changed it to awards. Like always, they got sick of options expiring. Decided to gift people shares to "retain" them. It was good for the twins, so everyone else should share in the windfall too, just not shareholders. And our beloved board will decide as always, which employees will win the lottery. It's biotech!!!
