Just an FYI on a different note, I check this weeks calendar for the Delaware court of Chancery, there is no such case listed for PureSpectrum, Natario, TA etc.
I will report / update the board on next weeks calendar results

It is possible he hasn't event filed a case with the
Delaware court of Chancery, perhaps he could be really deserving of the "clown" title
