Then explain the sudden need for two dilutive raises the day after all the glowing news which should have propelled pps above .50 Warrants adding monies and allowing 6 months for pps to rise based on projected milestone achievements and do less dilutive raise later? Was that a smart management move for investors if the projected glidepath over the next six months was as he laid it out in Nov?

IMO ... 1) he either new of upcoming delay or 2) made a really poor management decision to do the raises at that time against the interest of current investors.
