The decision by The Supremes was to not change the previous court rulings. How would that affect debt?
Or are you talking about some other news I missed?
Other than the debt to the US Treasury and a much smaller debt to junior preferred - F&F don't really have much debt.
The decision does leave common shareholders in the same control we had before - none. FHFA is in control. I do not believe the non-decision today reduced FHFA's control in any way. Would love to hear otherwise.
