What are you talking about - buyback?

Looking at the 2017 balance sheet I see:

Treasury stock, at cost, 150,675,136 and 150,679,953 shares, respectively . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (7,400) (7,401)

Looking at the 2013 balance sheet I see:

Treasury stock, at cost, 150,682,046 and 150,684,733 shares, respectively . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (7,401) (7,401)

So since 2013 they seem to have SOLD shares. In 2017 it looks like they got rid of maybe 5000 shares out of around a billion?

Or are you looking at something else?

I'm pretty sure the SPSA does not allow them to buy back common or junior preferred stock.
