We feel that the Section 382 Limitation is the Main Issue that Needs to be Resolved. (Management keeping in touch via Press Releases would be Nice also, but this is Not the Main Issue)

We've learned that it's Not as Simple as Veltex having a Deferred Tax Asset and thereby Merging with another company, or being Acquired for it.

The Section 382 Limitation seems to be the Serious Obstacle that's Hindering Progress.
