I think CDEL is doing something different than VNDM...

was.I actually looked up CDEL online and they are a regular market maker for small stocks. From what I read, they often try to control the market through price adjustments.

VNDM was also mentioned in the article. However, they weren't a traditional market maker,so my guess they were being used for the conversions.
