Opinion on Viva Entertainment Group (OTTV).

Viva Entertainment Group product line (Live HD TV, Movies, DVR, Movie Channels, UN App. etc.).

Product Development:
During 2017, Viva successfully developed its flagship product “Live HD TV”, available anywhere inclusive of international channels (Hispanic Centric). I have personally and satisfactorily used this product while vacationing in Canada last summer and believed in its exciting potential. The remaining products are pending successful development.

Currently, Viva is not likely going to have a breakthrough developing the remaining products due to number of reasons (technical, financial, etc.). It really doesn’t need to have breakthrough right now, it will need to later. But, assume it succeeds today in completing any of its pending products, PPS will not move up much from where it is today due to failed marketing and thus lack of customers and revenues.

Adoption of phased development and delivery approach is very viable solution for Viva. Such approach allows for efforts and resources to be concentrated on one product at a time. Once the product is completed and delivered to customers, it provides revenue for use in ongoing operation and further product development activities.

For this approach to work with minimal dependence on various costly forms of financing, is for Viva to heavily market its now ready product (Live HD TV) and build a robust recurring source of revenue out of it. Key for success.

Marketing and Delivery:
Unfortunately, Viva has so far failed to market/deliver its one and only working product (Live HD TV).

Current known customer count of 1100 doesn’t even provide small fraction of the needed revenue for ongoing operation and further product development. Thus Viva heavy dependence on costly financing deals.

Even with costly financing deals Viva can still survive and perhaps prosper, if it can manage to launch professional, sustained, and effective marketing campaign to bring lots of subscribers and thus revenue.

Viva told us that it started the marketing campaign for Live HD TV back in Nov. 2017. Since then, we have been in the dark, no information relating to customer count, revenue, effectiveness of the marketing campaign, etc. Basically, left to speculate as we usually do. Maybe Viva is working on positively surprising us all and soon!!!

Short of Viva announcing successful marketing campaign with detailed results, it will not be able to survive on its own and will eventually have to file for bankruptcy. I sincerely hope I am wrong as I stand to lose a lot of money.

Just an Opinion - GLTA
