i actually think it's a good plan; of course if implemented!!! the target audience is quite large, and if jf actually gained a few million hispanic subs viva could cause a bigger fish in the market to become interested in acquiring that chunk, or bring in enough revs to expand ads to other demographics. what i'm about to say is sort-of a generalization, and is no way meant to be offensive, but just what i've observed in life.. the target audience tends to like similar things, and when something becomes "hot" everybody jumps on the bandwagon; sneakers, clothing, music, cars, phones, etc etc, add to that a hispanic ceo, add to that much of the intended audience r very concentrated listening to a select few radio stations, so u get a huge bang for ur buck. if viva can become "hot" in that market, word of mouth spreads quickly.
