VNDM most likely is representing the toxic holders of PLSB. If they keep bouncing on and off the bid/ask, that generally is a sign. Problem with company share trading is you never know when the shares will be converted and dumped. The price is so low that any conversions are minimal in dollar size to stay under the 4.99% clause in the debt conversions
