With all the difficulties Albania has experienced, I look at it as a risk/reward here. If we were dealing with a 'normal' government, we wouldn't have been able to pick up all these cheap shares over the years. I remember buying at .50 thinking it was a steal. Sub .25 is our reward (hopefully)....
