I like the move on VTSI. But it makes management look a bit foolish after they thought they could do an offering well above market price at $3.50 in order to meet Nasdaq requirements. Should have just done this reverse from the beginning. Reverse splits usually aren't good, but when they're done to get a national listing...it seems to work out. I was hoping for a negative reaction today so I could add shares around $2.
