IRT

I sold IRT today, I was very disappointed with guidance I was expecting core ffo in the mid .80 and instead we got mid to upper .70's. I think it is worth a 12 multiple hence I think FV is around $9 With rising rates not enough to keep me in here, so I just decided to take my loss and move on. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
