Does no one evaluate an entry point on an investment?

ASTI can't survive it's own expenses as the share price erodes. Reverse is eminent. Almost 11 million shares and counting, and they haven't even had large orders to fill. They would have to max dilute to come up with the money to manufacture the miracle contract.
