the answer to your question is yes - there are photos of black market production sites, for damn sure, just youtube search - 'grow op'

much of what you call 'black market' production is legally licensed by Health Canada similar to an LP. Last year I had some growing in my back yard, until them basterds stole it, when they stole it, it became black market cannabis

now I am not saying that this bud is headed for the black market, could be the person doing this growing is going to use it all for himself as the law requires, or it is designated grower for a patient that will use it exclusively for their selves.....but I don't think that is likely, I think this is a video of black market production - and there are many thousands just like them, from the old MMAR to the new ACMPR, tens of thousands of legally protected growing operations
