Charles R "SCAMMER" Shirley could easily be dead. It was no secret he screwed over a lottttt of people which could earn you some cement shoes. I heard his drunk ramblings on those recorded phone calls that were posted while back and he was obviously already addicted to something. Jail is a definite possibility too. Hes at least broke, he did a good job of keeping seperate financials from his live in girlfriend /mother of some of his kids but im sure he ran out of people to scam. Or maybe he has a few other scams going on that hes not using his real name. He always was a scammer and always will be. Look before he had Windowrock and some other scams going on. He partners up with Hickey and Mayet on several other scam deals. There names are all over failed ventures/scams in the Florida DOS. I can only imagine how much they have scammed in Texas or Nevada or maryland where they have put their footprint. Probably scammed a lott in Canada too. I read where they had legal issues for scamming in Canada. Probably got the hell out of there because maybe Canada dont play.
