Agreed, I don’t doubt that shareholders will vote to extend the closing.
However with everything in the makings, would it be far off to say that Nasdaq will allow the extra delay?
They only need to meet minimum shareholder requirements? I’m wondering what’s on the inside or SEC regs to get around this without divulging everything...
