Very interesting comment by the SEC Chairman. Seems like this company has many common characteristics to RIOT. I love the part of “favorable dilutive issuances” to certain investors. Sounds like the Dutchess strategy. I wonder if this Honig character is involved with this company in anyway. He was a part of MusclePharm that is a Colorado company and was manipulated, a part of RIOT which is headquartered in CO and under heavy investigation for being manipulated and got rid of a board to put in a friendly board to go along with their games. On a smaller scale, this company is following down the same path. Overpays for meaningless businesses and overpass employees, raising millions with shady people and firms, jumps onto the “blockchain” bandwagon with no experience or real business, and the list goes on.
