They should be required to show more up to date transparency on the SS for sure

They have that in place now on the OTC its the Gray Shield that is next to the Share Structure that means the numbers have been verified by the TA.

When you play the pennys as much as I do and you come across a stock on the OTC with that verification then its more likely a solid play vs one that does not. For example go to their OTC web site put in EAPH when it comes up you click on the link that says Security Details... then you will see the Gray shield next to the numbers and to the side it will say Verified by the Transfer Agent.

All company's have the option to enforce their TA to do this, all they have to be wiling to do is pay the fee required for the TA to report the numbers when they change.
