Actually my friend /broker has almost gone to jail for selling pennies and never covering ! He was authorized to sell hundreds of billions of shares on the pumps knowing the dump would bk or put the stocks on greys forever and never have to cover
BUT TOP PENNY FEAR THIS !!!!!!!
One little crap stock was bought for its tickor and wham went to over a penny on news of new company .
MY BUDDY JEFF WAS PROSECUTED HEAVILY , FINED AND FIRED EVEN THOU THE BROKERAGE FORCED HIM TO SELL NSS !!!!!!!!!
