Maybe Solly finally has realized that the A-shares got to go? He just cant get any further, Its impossible to get loans and financing because investors dont feel comfortable with him as almighty. Some pressure from ECAB, Garret, and the banks perhaps did it...
Solly has never cared about the ordinary shares and diluted them like they were worthless, but now when he is starting to get compensated with ordinary shares it might be the sign that the value of the A-shares are getting transferred.
