The financials of the company have me the most worried. They have very little cash and no revenue.
Like someone else had mentioned, I wonder if all this legal stuff is to try and knock them out of the QD picture.

I sure hope there is a revenue stream in place that we do not know about yet. Their last filing of the SEC 12b-25 seems to suggest not.
