Is this a real company, or just a shell? Will they cancel the billions of other shares? Are they actually going to build out facilities and buy so many mining rigs? Who are they going to buy all these rigs from (Bitmain?) Also, where are the facilities actually going to be built?

Seems like a lot of plans, but no solid/firm activity.
