10,000 shares at $10pps seems like a amount to me.

Key is that they need to maintain $4.00 so it is almost directly implied that's the floor Price.

All it takes is one consolidated fins, or one PR. And we're getting them. Wouldn't make sense to do all this and not follow up with raising value.
