I've used Nyloxin gel for both a backache and a very painful wrist issue. I applied in the morning and evening. In both cases it took about a week for the pain to completely go away. That's not to say the pain would not have gone away on its own after a while, but in both cases the pain was getting progressively worst until I started using the gel.

I bought NPHC shares last spring at .0008 and have a tight grip on them after trying the product. The stuff worked for me!!!
