You really should call management some time.....or at least start with an email....Most audited fully sec reporting companies that were/are listed on OTCQB aren’t scams....they’d face jail time if they lied on their 8ks....this is a legit company whose original business plan fell a bit flat....their new business plan is going to prove to be a much better one....you may have been right about many things thru now, but starting March the tide will turn very much to the positive....
