Do you remember the 800,000 Shares of FC that was put in escrow for the UWB shareholders then you drop it to 200,000 shares then you drop the number of shares to 50,000 that wont even butter your toast.

*800K shares at $150 = $120,000,000

*200K shares at $150 = $30,000,000

*50K Shares at $150 = $7,500,000
