Mexican drug lord, or Big Pharma that resides right here in the good old U S of A. I'd say the drug lords should take lessons from Big Pharma. Big Pharma has learned how to peddle drugs legally, make billions, and suffer no illegalities while a part of this crisis.

Just throw the people a few shackles every now and then, and continue your hawk your goods with a smile.
