Based on what evidence? According to the current share price that is inaccurate. But beyond that, the lowest the p/s ever hit was in February 2009, when it clocked in at one point at 3 cents p/s during daily trading. Since Nasrat became CEO the price has never closed below 4 cents...and that was a few years ago.

It's still 8-16 TIMES OVER VALUED!

Compared to what benchmark and/or what evidence?

.02 in 2018 is not out of the question.

This low p/s has NEVER BEEN HIT...EVER!!! Given the ANDA filings, a successful SOX trial and partnership with SunGen, to suggest 2 cents lacks historical evidence in support.
