androo11 Nothing as far as we KNOW (i.e that's official), but RD has a theory (or speculation?) that the a-shares have been traded into normal shares with the last heavy increase of shares this year. If so, as RD also said, there should be a financial deal involved somehow (i.e if ECAB is doing a new deal, then they might have a requirement that the a-shares are converted).

It would be folly to convert the a-shares to common shares at THIS time (PPS-wise) without something major coming up - the shareholders might revolt and overthrow Solomon immidiately (which neither would benefit from).
