Yes, it is very possible that this has all been lies. I do think its very telling that Matt has basically been silent, with the exception of his ridiculous tweets, since his month-long vacation starting in December.

Here we are mid-February and nothing has come to fruition or much less even started.

This all looks scammy and notice that there have been no recent PR updates released through legitimate channels. Just those corny, pumping tweets that make him look very amateur.

I believe Matt may be an extremely narcissistic, self-serving individual and I wonder if he was planning to turn BDCI/Cannabis into his personal share selling ATM. However, it looks like FINRA may have gotten in his way.

I don't think there's any real product, nor any dispensary in California or any partner in Reno where there's any real signed deals. Just baseless, empty tweets.
