I think you have the wrong impression of Tony. I see him more as a manager, not someone counting shrimp. He enjoys giving presentations. He has been talking to the "community" like forever. And I think, he wants to make a difference with what CA can offer him. Globally.

Let's leave it up to him. He knows what suits him best.
