He is highly intelligent but doesn't come across as a passionate kick-ass leader. That's what we need.



We don't need a kick-ass leader. We need someone who understand the technology, the value, and its possibilities. Someone who understand China but who speaks perfect English. Someone who the international community will trust. He's a very realistic guy.

You will never find a perfect match. But we certainly don't need a Chinese or foreign CEO. So who else is there?
