Like similar Fraudulent acts, Cortez probably bought a quart of CBD oil (or olive oil), poured it into his bottles and took pictures, so he and his accomplices could pump another round of share selling.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
