RD, from your lips to God's Ears re. Tony taking over as CEO. However given Solly's control freak nature I will believe it when I see it. As for Tony, he is more of a scientist than a CEO but could he do worse than Solly, I doubt it. They need to bring in someone with a history of growing companies successfully, they don't need specific industry experience (Tony has this) just a history of managing, delegating, hiring great people and letting them do their thing.
